Car Owner Partnership Agreement

1. Introduction

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the partnership between the car owner and CostaDrive.top platform.

2. Services

CostaDrive.top provides a platform for listing your car for rental, handling customer service, payments, and insurance.

3. Car Owner Obligations

The car owner is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good working condition, providing valid documentation, and ensuring the car is available during agreed times.

4. Platform Obligations

CostaDrive.top is responsible for marketing the vehicle, screening renters, providing insurance, and handling customer service.

5. Fees and Payments

CostaDrive.top charges a 15% commission on each rental. Payments to car owners are processed every 2 weeks.

6. Liability

CostaDrive.top provides comprehensive insurance during rental periods. The car owner is not liable for damages covered by insurance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. All outstanding rentals will be honored.

8. General Provisions

This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.

FAQ for Car Owners

We charge a 15% commission on each rental. This covers our marketing, customer service, and platform maintenance costs.

Your car is covered by comprehensive insurance during rental periods. This includes collision damage, theft, and third-party liability.

Payments are processed every 2 weeks. You can choose to receive payments via bank transfer or PayPal.

Your car must be less than 10 years old, in good working condition, and have valid registration and insurance documents.

We provide 24/7 customer support, handle all booking inquiries, assist with any issues during rentals, and manage the entire rental process.
