Deposit is fully refunded when the car is returned without damage and with a full tank of fuel

• Deposit amount depends on the car class
• Deposit is returned within 3-5 business days
• Deposit may be withheld in case of car damage, fuel shortage, or violation of rental terms

The car is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. In case of return with an incomplete tank, a refueling fee is charged

Fuel shortage fee: fuel cost + €20 service fee

All our rates include unlimited mileage within Spain

All our cars are covered by full insurance included in the rental price

The car is inspected for damage before delivery and after return

• The customer is responsible for damage not covered by insurance
• Any damage must be reported immediately
• Damage assessment is carried out by an independent expert

Cancellation terms depend on the time until the start of the rental

• When canceling 48 hours or more in advance - full refund
• When canceling 24-48 hours in advance - 50% of the cost is withheld
• When canceling less than 24 hours in advance - 100% of the cost is withheld
• In case of no-show - 100% of the cost is withheld

Rental extension is possible subject to car availability

• Extension notice required at least 24 hours in advance
• Extension depends on car availability
• Payment for additional days is made at the current rate

In case of late car return, an additional fee is charged

• Late return fee: cost of an additional day + 20%
• Late return must be notified as early as possible

The customer is fully responsible for all fines and traffic violations during the rental period

The car can be used throughout mainland Spain

Leaving Spain is prohibited without prior agreement
